Wills

Jacksonville Lawyer – Wills

Also known as a “Last Will and Testament,” a will is a document by which a person (the testator) regulates the rights of others over property or family after death. Many people feel that a will is unnecessary, particularly for a person whose estate is not expected to be large. However, it is often very important for a person with a relatively small estate to use available estate planning techniques, because a failure to plan effectively could waste the limited assets available. A will also provides for the care for minor children after the death of a parent or guardian.
