Paul J. Healy was born in New York City to Irish immigrants. His father, a bricklayer, and his mother, a nurse, instilled in him the values of hard work, perseverance, and the importance of a good sense of humor. As a child, Mr. Healy moved to North Florida with his parents and two younger brothers, settling in the booming community of Palm Coast. Upon graduating from Flagler Palm Coast High School, Mr. Healy attended the University of Notre Dame, where he double majored in Political Science and Business. He was also a member of the US Army Reserves throughout his time at Notre Dame, successfully meeting the concurrent demands of college and military service.

After graduating from Notre Dame, Mr. Paul Healy returned to Florida to pursue his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at the University of Florida College of Law, where he earned honors for his work in income tax law. A position at a prestigious firm brought Mr. Healy to Jacksonville in 1989, where he has lived ever since. While Mr. Healy enjoyed a great deal of success as a member of the firm, the independent spirit he inherited from his parents led him to strike out and establish his own practice, now headquartered in the Healy, Stone & Zahler building in Jacksonville’s historic San Marco area.

Mr. Healy specializes in the areas of Probate, Accidents, and Personal Injury. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Healy became acquainted with a number of football players for the legendary Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and realized that these hard-working young men would need a great deal of honest, dependable help with financial and estate-planning issues as they moved on to professional careers. Mr. Healy has parlayed his skills in estate law and negotiation into an extremely successful career as an independent NFL agent. His clients includes Sebastian Janikowski, a fellow immigrant son and product of North Florida, for whom Mr. Healy negotiated the largest contract in history for an NFL placekicker. Mr. Healy endeavors to provide all of his clients with the same level of dedication and professionalism.
